CIntroducer Declaration

I confirm that I am introducing the above client to Connect Wealth Group Sdn Bhd (CWG) for the purpose of exploring estate planning, trust and/or business succession solutions. I have obtained the client's consent for CWG to contact the client. I understand that my role is limited to making the introduction and that I am not providing legal, tax, investment or trust advice on behalf of CWG or any trustee.

DIntroducer Reward & Key Terms

  • Reward is payable only after the relevant client transaction is completed and CWG has actually received the applicable commission/revenue, subject to any applicable clawback, cancellation or refund.
  • Reward is attributable only to clients directly introduced and registered by CWG under this programme before the client was already in CWG's active sales pipeline.
  • No reward is payable for self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or clients already introduced/registered by another approved introducer, advisor or CWG representative.
  • All rewards are subject to applicable laws, regulations, trustee requirements and the introducer's employer/compliance policies. For regulated professionals or employees, payment will only be made where permitted; where personal receipt is not permitted, the reward may be declined or paid to an approved entity where appropriate.
  • The introducer does not become an employee, agent, representative or partner of CWG and must not hold themselves out as authorised to provide advice or make commitments on behalf of CWG or any trustee.
